Our first project with Just Miss started back to 2017, to start with we are there to help them introduce Just Miss to digital world from ground zero, and from there we started hand in hand to rebuild the brand image, the product design, the packaging slowly tries it best to fit the trend, joining the beauty waves. After 7.5years of process, Just Miss is ready to reborn with a new face, new objectives and dream. We started to rebuild and start planning a comprehensive 360 marketing strategy to launch Just Miss’ new visual identity with a line of new product that aligns with the new visions and dreams.

New Vision
With the founders, Winny and Winda, the brainstorming and deep research through thousands of messages, feedbacks, complaints resulted with a voice that we want to resonate throughout the brand image “to be the first makeup friend” and along with it.
We are introducing a virtual ‘friend’ as a digital experience for customers where Justmiss want to foster all the good and bad texts, as a room to grow, a room to listen and improve.Those two values, comes to a fruition to a new voice “Minssies, your first makeup friend”.
